When Was the Last Time Your Sales Trainer Sold?

Times are changing.  Is your trainer / mentor for your team active in the sales market? Have they done some sales via calls / meetings / social media?  Are they actively selling more than just their services?

Don’t be afraid to ask.  This is key to what is being presented to your staff.  The sports world is changing daily. Does your trainer have 10, 15, 20 years of true experience or one year of true experience repeated 20 times?

Offer the best you can to your team. It’s their future you are investing in..it is your company/teams future you are investing in.  Invest wisely!
